The platform, its original content, features, functionality, and AI-driven logistics planning tools are owned by LakeNet Canada and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The materials on AquaRoute are provided on an 'as is' basis. LakeNet Canada makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the freshwater transport corridor data.
In no event shall LakeNet Canada or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AquaRoute, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
